CNCR sponsors a variety of skaters development opportunities, either through hosting a Regional Skaters Development Seminar or through providing subsidies to Clubs to Host Area Seminars. 

Area clubs are encouraged to work with their area liaison to schedule seminars for the upcoming season at the CNCR Extraordinary General Meeting held during the Region Championships.
